Privilege License

All first time applicant's for a new Business License must come in and apply in person. Please bring the name of the business, physical and mailing address, phone number, tax ID or Social Security number and operating Manager.

Anyone obtaining a Business License that will be selling or preparing food will need to contact the Winston County Health Department at (205) 489-2101 for a Food Permit, before coming in to apply for a business license or renewing a business license.

For anyone purchasing a Business License that is an Automobile Dealer, you must acquire a regulatory license from the state first.
